How to get people to map difficulties and how map collaboration works?

I need help on doing other modes cuz I only know mania mapping but I do enjoy the other modes as well, so Id really love to map with some other people, the thing is, I have no Idea how collabs work

how collabs work:
1. find ~~your victim~~ someone who would like to collab with you
2. decide on the difficlty setting, the base sv and the map's general concept
3. mark down the song's parts (using bookmarks)
4. decide on who maps which part
5. the person who choose the first part map that part
6. after finishing the part, send to .osu file to the other guy
7. rinse and repeat til the map is finished
8. (optional) both mappers mod each other's part b4 submitting the map

btw you can go to community/forums/53 to look for gd/gd reqs, the diffs quality might not be good but that's prob the only way to get gd when you have no mapping friend
