Try to select all notes (ctrl + A) then move them to the current offset/nearest line. For example,

I moved this one from your other thread that i believe it's unnecessary to create a new thread in case you forgot to add something to ask on the previous thread.
To upload your map, firstly open the editor, then click File -> Upload Beatmap, or ctrl+shift+U as a shortcut to upload your beatmap.
I recommend you to finish your map first. after that, you can ask someone to give a
feedback/mod for that. Use
Modding Queues forum (or its sub-forums) if you want to request for feedback/mods. Don't forget to read their forum guidelines before posting (check pinned thread).
If you have question other than feedback/mod for your beatmap, or want to discuss something but still related to mapping stuffs, feel free to ask that in
