I can kind of squat like that, but not comfortably, my legs are too long compared to my upper body, so I have to lean my torso super far forward to not fall over backwards, basically staring at the ground.
outside of weightlifting its better and more stable for me to just be on my toes and sit back on my ankles like the dude in front left in first picture, though my tibia are proportionally longer. keeps me from needing to bend my neck so far back to look in front of me too.
