So uh, idk if this is possible or not but i want to know if there is a way for u to remove that auto tune-ish like sound when you fail a map, like it would play the sound of the song with a slowed and tuned version of it. It kinda makes maps with like an actual singer in it singing the lyrics sound very creepy when the map fails and as a starter, i tend to fail a lot.... So uh if there is a way for me to remove it, i would appreciate it.

this will be hard to explain but here we go (This works for removing other thing on skins)
right click on the osu app
click properties
click open file location
open skins
open the skin you want to remove the sound on
try to find the sound
right click and press delete
right click on the osu app
click properties

right click and press delete

It's impossible to remove it because it isn't custom.

Take note epiKwhale12 that I've changed the failsound to a blank sound - meaning the failsound is not present.
Yet, this effect still exists on all songs and all skins regardless you dislike it or not.
Deleting the failsound will result a default sound is played.
This is the default sound if you delete "failsound.wav"

What you mean is different, no matter how much you've changed "failsound.wav", the effect is still there playing along with the custom failsound.

What OP want was to change the pitch-down effect that plays along with the failsound as well, which unfortunately is impossible.
