Dragging my keyboard accidentally with my hands + keycap pops (solved for now)

See the title above. How am I supposed to work around this? Keep in mind my keybinds are ER[], and no, I don't think this is just because the map is too hard (since it happened when I play 3* maps too). I guess playing longer than usual would be one of the ways to fix it as I felt my hands to be clumsier than usual. Got any ideas?

Also the repeated keycap pops made me hurt my left hand and arm 💀

By that I keep on dragging my keyboard accidentally while playing, will edit to fit the problem I experienced better

You probably need some rubber stoppers for your keyboard to stop it from slipping. Also for keycaps popping out, either get new keycaps or a new keyboard, since that shouldn't happen normally.

1) So that means I should use a rough surface for the kb?

Edit: did both, now both of the problems happened less :D

Thanks everyone who helped, I'll tell you the results later as playing more seems to be a factor too
