Because there's more than one mapper wanting to do the same song?
More like because everybody's a weeaboo. You can enjoy animes, but after hearing the OP of a show 12 or 25 times, you kind of usually get a bit tired of it. And they're not exactly chart toppers now, are they?
Basically dude everybody's a weeaboo and so they get ranked even if they're the most boring piece of mapping in the history of rhythm games.
