ok, if tensing means hardening, then sometimes i do that. its only for vibro and chordjackz.

Yeah I mean tense, sorry for my bad english
I try to not do that (tensing my finger) and play with my hand and finger relaxed. For now, I have some boost on my accuracy but i tend to shit miss a lot particurlaly on stairs and Long Note (need more practice i guess).
Tensing can be used to increase speed but it is NOT a substitute for physical capability. Don't do it very often.
