* * * Disclaimer (Read Pls) * * *
I am completely new to the modding scene so take my advice with a grain of salt. I've been mapping for 1-2 years on and off so my mapping knowledge is fragmented and possibly inconsistent. I wanna mod other peoples maps to help improve my own mapping ability while also interacting with the community more. If you've read this and are still ok with receiving a mod from me then here: Have a cookie 🍪 <3

Rules
- Post which finished difficulties you wanted modded (pls no diff spam).
- I will not mod maps with complex, multi-BPM timing (example Roze - MiddleIsland).
- I will only mod maps I can reasonably testplay (I can play up to 5.99*, but it can slightly vary depending on the style of mapping).
- No marathon type maps (10+ Minutes)
- Pls no meme or joke maps. Only maps with serious time and effort put into them.

Preferences
- No musical preference (Gotta widen that musical exposure amirite)
- I prefer maps with an interesting idea/gimmick that reflects the song or music
- The shorter the drain time the better (My smol brain can only handle so much map)

Q&A

*Completely optional and you can pick and choose what questions to answer
**This information is used to help me better understand you as mapper and the map you want advice on. It'll enable me to give you more personalized and relevant suggestions for your map

#1 - What is your goal with the map/mapset gameplay-wise?:
#2 - What do you personally value most in a map?:
#3 - How long have you been mapping and what level do you consider yourself to be at?:
#4 - What type of maps do you enjoy playing the most and are you able to explain why?:

***The more detailed your answers, the more relevant and better my advice will be to help improve your map according to your vision and goal for it.

Will try to do the above five this week and one more if someone else posts.

Edit 1*: Scratch that it's gonna take more than a week to mod everything. Didn't realize modding is an arduous process that takes a considerable amount of time if done properly.

Difficulties to mod: any diffs is fine, maybe especially [Ozu] diff

Going for ranked?: Actually yes, however unlikely
Comment:
The song has subdued vocals but frantic electronic backing instruments. For the lower diffs I emphasize the melody, but for top diff I tried to emphasize the franticness of the instruments more.

Answers to Q&A: (Completely optional)
#1 Overall, a map that shows the flow and energy of the parts mapped, and sync occasionally with the video. Normal/Advanced diff is for beginners to learn the game, a cozy, rhythmically intuitive map. Insane diff has a more frantic energy, with a lot of jumps between clusters of notes. There is also a really hard (in fact a bit too hard, probably gonna nerf) fast accelerating spinning-pattern slider part meant to imitate what is going on in the video at that point. Also I explored some rather new(?) ideas, using a lot polygon notes to mini-jump.

#2 - I value greatly maps that help give a better understanding towards the flow and energy of its music, and also are great fun. Marked favorites perhaps include pishi's Yasashisa no Riyuu, 9ami's Yoru ni Kakeru.

#3 - I've been mapping for... six days. Spent them all on this map. I think I time most of my maps pretty well, if anything.

#4 - I enjoy Monstrata's anime maps, they're frantic, intuitive, and has those fast flurry of sliders that make the player feel like they did something cool each time they pass it. I also enjoy alt-y maps like val0108's maps, or Hobbes2's Deltarune maps.
