Can I post another players beatmap but...

So I have a beatmap that's not uploaded but the beatmap creator is banned so I can't ask them for permission. It's just the same exact difficulties but sped up with a sped up song. I made this because I really like the sped up version but i'm too bad to play it. Can someone help please??

You need the mapper's permission if you wanna repost their map, and you'll need to credit them, maybe go to the way back machine and see if they link their social medias on their profile?

Btw wrong forum this is for ranking criteria proposals

I went to the wayback machine and it was unbanned last at Nov 2017 and there are no socials to contact. The mapper I'm trying to contact is Alyce (the creator of Sakura no Uta) who used to be known as 5hiki. I have contacted another mapper who made 2 of the difficulties and I'm still waiting for a responce.
