Timing Failure

Im making a beatmap, but whenever i do the tapping for the timing, nothing happens, and when i manually make it, the song goes backwards, WHY DOES THIS KEEP HAPPINING? :? :? :? :? :? :? :? :?

The offset and bpm are probably off, but you can use the timing setup panel to manually set them
Place that .osz file to \osu!\Songs\mapname\
also remember to change the file name too.

just a minute, I'll edit the file for you.
What is the file name of your song? ( I used a .mp3 file I downloaded straight from youtube, because the video file in the description was like 100mb)

I'm assuming it is Shy pmv.mov
