Can anyone help me? I can't find the offset and BPM

offset :- ~640

I got the bpm from songbpm, most of the time this is very accurate

What website is only best if the song is popular enough AND it's constant BPM. That means if it fails in either of the category OP will be fucked again.

Instead I'd like to suggest OP learn multiple methods so you can be flexible with timing any songs available. Pressing T to the beat then adjust accordingly, taking references from BPM finder site, or even copying from ranked set (as long as the original mapper allows to do so) if there is one.
