- This is a 4v4 (teams of 8) osu!standard tournament.
- The rank range is 50,000 to 200,000 with no BWS enforced and no rank buffer.
- All players outside of the rank range when registrations end (June 13, 2022 0 UTC) will be removed from their team.
- Players will be allowed to leave the rank range after registrations end.
- After screening ends, all free agents not yet on a team will be placed into teams based on their timezones.
- All eligible teams will play a qualifier round before the bracket stage starts.
- The top 32 teams by qualifier results will be entered into a double elimination bracket.
- Grand Finals will have a bracket reset if the team coming from loser's bracket wins the first match.
- Schedules and mappools will be released every Monday at 0 UTC following the qualifier round.
- Staff members are NOT allowed to play in the tournament with the exception of Streamers and Commentators.

- All players are expected to follow the osu! Community Guidelines.
- Any harassment/abuse towards staff or other players will not be tolerated.
- Team signups will not be taken after June 13, 2022 0 UTC.
- Teams may make roster changes up until the qualifiers mappool showcase on June 20, 2022 0 UTC.
- This includes adding signed up free agents and removing players, but teams may not add players who were not signed up by the deadline.
- Teams must complete a qualifier lobby by June 28, 2022 0 UTC in order to play in the bracket stage.
- No qualifier lobbies may be scheduled after this time.
- Qualifier seeding will be calculated with a Z-Sum formula.
- For each map, a score calculated by comparing to each map’s average score will be given to each team.

- No Fail and ScoreV2 will be used on every map.
