00:43:32 (1,2,3) - I don't like this in Normal, its too fast compared to the rest of the map... maybe reduce (1,2) by 1/2 beat, move (2) forward by 1/4 and reduce one repeat on 3? <<< what I suggested follows the vocal though

Its faint, but I can see the light dots on the storyboard end (for To-Ra-Do-Ra-! and that skip), that's kinda... umm noticable for me, no biggie, but please trim those off (if you know what I'm talking about)
And I doubt people would understand the skip arrow right away for Normal, so just turn the rest of the storyboarding as Diff specific for Hard?

and Hito convinced me to work with this, and i did aaand

Hmmm....

[Normal]

00:14:45 (7,8) - This is the only jump I see in this difficulty, though normal wouldn't feel right with jumps honestly. Please check into this.
01:08:29 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - In the shape here, (5) is kidna off. It can look much neater if lined up with (2).
02:02:13 (3) - Bottomed out of the window...

Make sure to double check the spacing on this difficulty.

[Hard]

Seems okay, though the combo placement feels a bit odd...


Another thing I want to point out is that you have a large amount of the SB objects in .jpeg format instead of .png. I know .png's take a great load of space but it does help with the quality as i'm seeing the pixels being streched out in a way that makes it look less neat (example at 02:08:94). Make sure to check into that as well. After the fixes are done, let me know and i'll check into bubbling.

The following timing sections are placed right on top of the beats / sliders.
If a player clicks to early, he will get the previous timing section sound / properties.
Place them a couple of ticks before.
