I'm not sure this is in the right section, but...
I tried downloading a skin following all the steps I found online (downloading the file as .rar using 7-zip to extract it and moving the .ini file to C: Program Files/Osu!/Skins) but upon starting to play, Osu! doesn't even recognize that a file is there, let alone that it's the wrong type...
I've always been terrible with computers, so I'm probably doing something obviously wrong... Any help?
