Allow non-ranked maps to show up in the Guest Participation Maps Section of somebody's profile

The reason this isn't a feature is because anyone can add anyone else as a GDer on their set. To prevent abuse, only ranked/loved maps (which have been vetted as having the right GDers) are allowed on profiles.

makes sense but i barely have ever seen someone do that before

options just make things confusing and more complexe for anyone. I think the way it currently works is good
