Some common features of chatting clients are a little lacking in osu!, and I feel these would really make chat in osu! much better. Suggested features are:
-copying/pasting/cutting
-highlight/select text
-some form of cursor display
-resizable chat window (at least vertically, or both vertical & horizontal)
-scroll bar to scroll through chat history

Looks like this could be a real hassle to program, but I think it would greatly improve the already implemented chat. Any other chat features people would like to see?

requesting another useless but cool feature

/np [username] - displays the song currently being played in the jukebox of [username]. Default: self.

The message is probably best displayed as a private message though to avoid spams.

Another useless yet useful feature is displaying the people who are currently watching you.

I thought that already shows up when they spectate, like "Person X is watching person Y play whatever"

Couldn't hurt to add it, but I'm usually too tied down with playing the beatmap to worry about who's watching
