watch replay of good spinner(aka bananas) players, and try to copy their path. when you play more you'll get to get familiar with those spin patterns. If you know the path but still can't catch many bananas, practice more time or maybe spam retry on this map.

Ultimately spinning skill isn't that important outside of leaderboard farming or a tiny bit in tournament play. If you really want to practice it you for sure can but I'd just play normally and try to get better at spinners as you go.
