If anyone needs a tip in finding the roamers, fly to Camphrier Town, and check your pokedex. If it appears in Route 5 or 7, then you can cycle there to see it most of the times. Keep flying the Camphrier and then checking the pokedex, until it settles in Sea Spirit's Den. I just got Zapdos there, going to catch him now.

This has been the case ever since Gen III. If you have at least one Pokémon in each Box, the game will give you more until you reach the max limit.

You guys should really complete Kalos Dex ASAP, reward helps A LOT with egg chances. Talking about breeding, anyone needs male 4x31 IV eevees? 
I got way too many trying to breed 5x (got two), but got one 6x31 randomly (giving it to a good friend of mine though ), while breeding 5x and 4x and not having Defense IV on either, lol.

My safari is Psychic and has Girafarig, Wobbuffet and Grumpig. It sucks, I know.
