I am trying to develop a mod, (as in the official mods menu) for osu!lazer normal mode, not osu!catch or anything like that, and I can't seem to find any official documentation. All I need to know is how to:

- Change the game speed in realtime (possibly changing it to zero, or some epsilon).
- See all the notes that you can hit, and how off time you would be if you were to hit it now.
- How to make it appear in the mods menu.
