Streams dont have to follow just one sound - for example you can emphasize certain beats in a deathstream with sharp or slight direction changes depending on how much you want to emphasize the beat, and can also change spacing to contrast different parts of a stream - bigger is more emphasized.
another option is to end a stream with a 1/4 slider and jump to another stream on the emphasized beat. Exactly how you map that depends on how you map the other streamy parts though.
but just jumps wouldnt really do much for that section considering you'd likely be mapping the other parts with streams and the snare is on 1/1 rhythm.
