How to change the song scroll speed on force?

Hi, I am making an osu!mania beatmap right now and there is a part on the song where the it slows down. I want to know how to make the scroll speed slower just like the Freedom Dive osu!mania beatmap here https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/173612#mania/502132 . If anyone knows how please tell me. Thanks!

lower slider velocity (SV) multiplier with an inherited timing point (green line)

wiki/Client/Beatmap_editor/Timing#inherited-timing-point

remember that it is a multiplier when you choose the value. you also will have to testplay if you want to see how the scroll speed is changed.
