1. The timing (offset) is a little late. Try changing the offset to 148. Remember to resnap all notes and timing sections afterwards. :3
2. Be sure to check AIMod often. You have some unsnapped notes and timing sections. To open AIMod, go to File > Check Open AIMod. To fix any unsnapped notes, simply Select All (Edit > Select All) and Re-snap all notes (Timing > Resnap All Notes). Do the same thing with the timing sections (Select all first, then go Timing > Resnap Current Section). Make sure to fix all the unsnapped notes and unsnapped timing sections in all of your difficulties and not just in one difficulty.
