Might as well submit this for review, I feel like it's closer to completion than some of my other maps. Please comment, thanks.

Hehe, not sure I like the song, but it's stuck in my head >:(
Anyways, the beatmap is ok. Had a bit of a problem with timing though. My timing panel looked like this

BPM: 126.65
Offset: 7,757

BPM: 127.19
Offset: 125,245

BPM: 126.65
Offset: 155,435

Should see some approvals after this, also add a few more bookmarks for talking section and also the notes after that section.

Oh man, sorry about not following up on this in a more timely fashion, I'll check this song out later today. Now that freaking chorus is back in my head! I don't even know who Rasputin is and I hate him or her already. RAAAAA!

Ok, timing seems fine. Maybe could use some whistle/finish sounds but hey.

Noticed that you're not really using distance snapping. This is evident in parts like 00:48:49 (normal difficulty), where the 7 is quite far from the 6 but notes 8 and 9 are closer together. This happens quite a few times, since it looks like you've copied and pasted (and then flipped) that phrase of beats.
Also for combos like at 01:34:93 (normal difficulty), the distance you give between whole beats and half beats is not really matching; the distance should really be double the distance of half beats.
I really think you should make use of the distance snapping feature in future.

I'll star this for now. It's playable, but maybe could use a bit more work.
