I can only reach 100-120 bpm with tapping only z OR x, when combined i can reach "only" 150 bpm and after like 5-10 secs of doing that it starts hurting here ; ( paint ftw !)

It's exactly where it hurts for me, but after streaming for really long time. All you need is just to train your muscles.

i mean, ive been playing this game for around 6 months "actively" and feels like my streaming hasnt improved at all, and it feels like its holding me back, im not that good at the game but for example with relaxed i can get between 70-80% on who is afraid of the black ( or whatever it was ) but if i try it with nofail im lucky to get 30%, im using a regular 10-20$ keyboard at the moment, should i invest to an mechanical one?

It might be a bigger problem if your arm starts to hurt that fast. Also mechanical keyboard won't remove your muscle pain.

actually i did a test now with the streamspeed tester ( downloaded somewhere here )

i can do 20 beat tests with a score of 170-180 bpm ( higher than i thought ) like 10-20 in a row with no problems, 100 beat test 160-170 bpm

300 beats 140 bpm and it starts hurting somewhere mid and it slows me down drastically.

edit : yea i know that mechanical keyboard wont remove, but i could probably stream using "less" power with same bpm, like for example if i dont "push it to the max" i can do somewhat countinous 130-140 bpm ( so it doesnt hurt even if i do 400 beat tests )

Your preferred mechanical switches and practice will help your speed and stamina, as for the pain thing, if you start feeling numbness or really bad pain, go to a doctor and never play this game again.

you have only 3k playcount, i would hardly call that playing actively for 6 months.
anyway if something hurts you should stop and take a break, unless you want to damage yourself. if it continues you might want to see a doctor

Just so you know, this isn't normal. It shouldn't start hurting like hell after only 10-15 seconds. I'd stop playing for a few days, and see if it's back to normal. Otherwise, there's probably an underlying problem either with how you stream or your hand itself.

as a future physician here is my expert advice: don't be a pussy.

Coming from someone else with a cheap arse keyboard: you'll get used to it over time.

Embrace the pain and burn it as fuel.

i mean it starts hurting only when i stream at "max" speed of 170-200 bpm, but i can do continous 140-150 bpm without pain / exhaustion

practice more

My advice would be to take a break
osu currently only hurts me when I try to play it right after a LONG written exam where I have to write 3+page worth of stuff.

practice streaming overall so that your hands and sinews(?) are getting used to it.
I don't think you're having a physical condition that won't allow you to stream faster than that.
