How do i recover from a long break?

i took a 3 month break because i was burned out and now that i've returned i can barely do 3 stars (atleast the one i played), what should i do?

(context : my rank before hiatus was #30,000ish and my top score is Galaxy Collapse HT 242pp)

Just play like you normally did. Taking a break from playing will make you rusty and perform less than you used to. You should stop worrying about it and continue playing normally.

De-rusting will take a little while, but it's worth it if you want to go back to where you were before. If you want to de-rust faster, then you could play more than you usually do.
