Sort Beatmaps by Online Star Rating

This is a feature request. Feature requests can be voted up by supporters.

That's about it, i think there should be an option in the settings to sort your beatmaps by their online star rating instead of the local one. Also i don't think it's really too hard to add in terms of programming.
