You can opt out of a dare if you want but you won't be able to submit your own dare. Aka the current dare will stay until someone completes it.
ALSO, Adding this now thanks to cheesiest being stupid. You can't submit dares that involve, killing, self harm, harm of other people or something that can basicly be life threatening.
