well, is this ranking system so "bad" (i dont know any other word to express my self) that it gives you pp if you play bad instead of good?
Nah I was kidding. Your pp will drop all the time as the point is to earn points based on your score in comparison to others. If somebody beats your score you will usually lose a bit of what you've earned.
This can only happen during the daily pp recalculation. It was not related to your play.

Commonly happens when you play newer songs. Since pp is hard to calculate based on when songs first come out. The daily
Recalculation will balance the pp earned out. Also if people beat one of your top performances on an old song. Then your pp drops significantly as well.

PP goes up when you get a good score. If you get a good score and lose PP, then it that's just a delay in the daily recalculation and actually lost PP from other scores.
