edit the .osu file with a text editor:
in the file dropdown you'll find an option to open it
change the highlighted number in the timing point you want to 17 as shown, the first number is the offset in milliseconds if your map is multi bpm and have trouble finding the right line.
once you save changes, exit editor and re open it to reload the map
