I've been listening to this particular song from Half-Life's soundtrack and I was wondering if you're even allowed to make a beatmap for this song, are there copyright issues? I just really want to play this in OSU...

though that song would also just be really hard to make an interesting beatmap for, ambient music isn't really that great for rhythm games.
