Songs with titles that contain only spaces

Hi, I'm looking for opinions on this song because the title uses 10 spaces, but I can't include spaces in the romanized field.

Use the title [10 Spaces] (with brackets) in both title and romanized title. This is very insane an edge case.

these unnamed songs are getting quite a bit more common on youtube though.
