Only half of osu music I can find on the internet and download, mostly openings. Maybe you know some good website for it, where I can find not so popular music.

I'm pretty sure sometimes the songs are linked in beatmap page, if not you could try
- Searching the song up in its original language
Using a VPN
Recording the song through osu! (this takes a bit more time)

if you don't need high quality files (lossless audio or sthing) you should be able to find the audio files in the osu Songs folder

then there's a song folder there
or alternatively for specific songs, open them in editor and then file -> open song folder
wait a minute recording music using osu! ??? wait wut?? O_O
