I am so lucky to be born in the United States, however; for most of family that is not the case.

Most of my family lives in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. My Aunt, Uncle, Cousins, and Grandaunt/uncle live in Kyiv, Ukraine. I'm sure you guys heard the news already.

I am very close with them and I actually visited Ukraine with my family a couple years ago to see them. They usually come to the United States once every year or so. My Aunt and Uncle's family used to live in Pennsylvania but they moved back home to take care of their parents.

My Grandaunt/Uncle, and all the children of our extended family is currently taking shelter and some have evacuated to Poland. The adults of my extended family are staying to fight.

I want to post videos and pictures that my cousin sent me but I don't know if that would appropriate.

I hope that Russia do not invade ukraine

Other country's are doing economic sanctions against Russia but those country's will also have to face bad economic conditions.

I am so sorry to hear about this! I pray that your family stays safe during this time, I hope you keep in contact with them. My prayers go out to them <3
