I have tried to hear the song when use Slider Tick Rate : 2 in this diff, and find some parts would be better, but some parts would have a little unnecessary sound which you can use some green lines to avoid this. Up to you :3 I'm not sure about this, since you need to put the same tick on every difficultie. And on easy it would be too much.

● 00:53:795 (1) - Maybe it's just me, but I find this large spacing here out of the place. I agree this part requires a jump, but maybe if it was a bit smaller, it would flow better. It's on purpose i used exactly 3x spacing to make bigger jumps. I wanted to emphasize the vocal.
