Yes you do get pp for using the 4k mod, but keep a few things in mind:
The 4k mod only works on maps that are converted from standard, which are maps you generally shouldn't even be bothering with.
The plays I see on your profile that use the mod are at a level where they won't be awarded any pp. This is because the star level is low and the accuracy is low as well.
