[invalid] Leave a messange! and There's a messange pop up

This is also useful if someone is trying to leave u a messange but ur offline and if someone is trying to chat you ... you can put something that will say if ur offline so others will know if your offline and if someone gave you a messange while you are in osu a messange will pop up (sorry if you does not understand :( )

it's pretty easy to tell if someone is offline, and if they are offline and you need to leave a message, just send a forum pm. easy
denying. let me know if there are any objcetions
