So I recently discovered animated notes in mania and the possibilities seem to be endless. I could create gimmicky skins or even a rainbow changing one. But I wonder if anyone is gonna notice or even if it might distract some players. I want to at least add a subtle animation to differentiate my skin from others, so any ideas on what can look cool but not distracting in dense gameplay?
