02:23:63 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24) - i don't see a problem because it's a stack...

Hard - Those long streams look horrible with the standard stack latency.

Offset: 415 I think.

Kiai:
01:31:289 - Let the Kiai start on the white tick before. Looks better.
01:38:297 - I'd remove the Kiai here. Doesn't fit imho. If you MUST keep it, at least put it on the white tick before. That looks better in game.
