I have a hunch that it might be my isp (AT&T) and I was wondering if any of you guys either have the same issue without AT&T, or don't have the issue and use AT&T. For context, my internet is always around 900 down but downloads from bancho/o!direct (mirrors work fine) are around 1 mb/s. I know it's not my computer as the same thing happens on my phone, and I've checked all the firewalls/settings I know of for my router. This started happening about a month ago.

same, basically all other site works fine for me, just osu beatmap download being extremely slow
I have a feeling your ISP is throttling (purposefully to rip you off I might add).
yea it's been really slow i thought it was just me though
