idk if I'm dumb but when ever I try to change like the hit position, it doesn't change anything

is there a way I can make the changes of the .ini file work

I do things I guess, I play etterna if you couldn't tell

Have you saved the file?
And then, have you reload the skin?

Extra: Are you using the correct skin folder?
