I'm running osu! on a 8500LE Radeon card, and the fill between each slider-beat end isn't visible at all. Shouldn't my card be able to render that? I tested this at work (GF7600 GS) and it seemed to look fine.

WinXP Pro. SP1
AthlonXP 2000+
Sapphire ATI Radeon 8500LE (latest drivers which support this card)

Screenshot included: (there's supposed to be a slider between "6" and the blank beat)

Thanks in advance, this thing rules! :)

Aha!! So I'm not the only one having that exact problem!

I think peppy is working on a fix for this issue this weekend, so watch for updates.

This has been brought up a couple of times. I had planned to work on this today, so lets see how it goes.

I still need to know if people that are getting this problem can see the slider tracks in the editor timeline, or if you can see a white-shaded rectable when using the select tool in the editor gamefield - not just a white border. Could someone get back to me on this?

Thanks for addressing this :) i'm surprised the development goes so fast, you rock!

Here's hoping to help:

this is how they look while "standing-by"

I hadn't tested them on the editor, and they don't seem to work there either.

Thanks for the quick response. I am wondering if I can fix this by dropping the pixel shader version of my shaders down to 1.1.. If you're available to do some testing at any point today, please come in the irc channel @ irc.enterthegame.com #osu or contact me via msn! I'd love to see this issue resolved asap.

Thanks to Kylecito for testing.

Finally fixed this problem - doing a special public build at the moment!

ZZT this is for you!

Uhm... I hate to have to show you this, but... it's supposed to be fixed in b77, right? Well...

peppy

"File osu!.exe [public] is current!"

Maybe my laptop just sucks way too much to display sliders properly? :|

Edit: Theeeeere we go. :D
