As a both a standard and mania player I find changing my skin and lowering my hitsounds to zero every time I switch modes annoying. Another thing which would be useful is being able to have a custom scroll speed for 4k and 7k. I feel like mode specific settings and/or scroll speed would make playing different modes back to back a lot easier.
