The 4100 is pretty good for drawing, but not-so-ideal for osu! since it has a bit of a smoothing and input lags.
Meanwhile the CTL-472 (One by Wacom) is very good for osu!, it's cheaper than the 4100, has no smoothing, almost no delay, also pretty decent for drawing, and a compact design.
Get the CTL-472 (One by Wacom) if you're mostly going to use it for osu!, or use it for both drawing and osu!.
