as you guys know qmk for some reason puts your firmware to 125hz polling rate, so i uhh did a thing where you can flash ur firmware thanks to this dude: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fH5KzDcGeHs&t=238s

all u have to do is flash the firmware through qmk toolbox and you're good to go
here's the firmware link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EhXd89pBuGsh0aHs7L1RybAS8raChUgs/view

It works for me, thank you both!

For anyone doing this with kbd67 lite r3 in the future: The default MCU option in QMK Toolbox is correct (atmega32u4), no need to change it.

I tried this firmware and there's no debounce for me on a Kbd67mkiirgbv3 pcb and KBD67 lite R3. As of April 2022, 1000Hz was pushed by QMK to be a standard feature so new builds of firmware should include it as standard.

New firmware was created that has proper debounce, Via support and 1000hz for most KBDfans boards. They can be found here : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1b0_xzqT49Pm8s5KKEDqJgaPD97GjX3-rqp0m2f7mc6M/edit#gid=0

The specific KBD67mkiirgbV3 firmware is here : https://github.com/JustPanCaKes/Firmware_KBD_Via/raw/main/kbdfans_kbd67_mkiirgb_v3_via.bin

If you have problems, check out the KBDfans discord server. There are a lot of people there that know these boards inside and out that can help you with issues.

does that mean that it's 1000hz by default?
