[web] Allow userpage forum to be searched

So this isn't a very high priority question, but it'd be nice if I could search this forum just like any other forum

This would be useful so I can find everyone who says I'm their favorite mapper search for users who have information regarding modding on their userpage, so I can be much more efficient at finding mods for my maps o3o.

It was my first time being a supp, after editing my userpage theres that page where all userpages are found in corresponding to the player. It was weird at first but i'll leave it that way. This idea is great, but might a chance for stalkers to stalk more. I guess it isn't a big deal though.

I don't think it will have much use of it because we can't reply on those threads as userpages.
But anyway, I guess its a good idea so I'd like to support it.
