if this is about SPM it's not wrong but very imprecise.
if this is about hits per min, it's different:
I have observed that, all depends on the OD. At OD0, the base is about 297 hits per minute.
The formula is 297+OD*39.5 + 10*max(0,OD-5) h/min.
values not adjusted to HT/DT (n/0.75 or n/1.5), and only base ODs. HR may differ, though.
