Don't play until the pain is gone.
might either be stamina or you're not taking a break, if it's chronic and consistently hurting then you should get it checked out
Do the following:
Step 1: Stretch your arm straight.
Step 2: Retract your thumb and have all your other fingers holding your thumb, thus forming a fist.
Step 3: Twist your wrist towards the inside as much as possible.
Step 4: If you can feel pain very clearly, then you should probably get a check-up.

when you play, be careful to not tense up your hands and arms (especially when you have some difficult pattern in a map ) . Your hands, arms and finger should always be in a relaxed state.
Also, check your position in your desk to see if you have a good posture who let your arms relaxed or a posture where you put unnecessary tension.
