Key profiles for mid-game (during break?) switching

I usually use keyboard keys Q/W to play osu! mode. Lately though, I've had urges to switch my old A/S or R/Space keys, usually midway through a game or when feel like I'm doing horribly. So in attempt to save multiple trips to the Settings, I suggest a bound key that switches keyboard keys you profiled in the Settings. Also to be able to name them too.

Profiles for other game modes is a plus! If it turns out to be exploitable, why not have it disabled during gameplay? ...or a "cool-down" period like Pause does?

can you tell me how that Thumb Tap method of yours heLP? i'm finding new alternatives to increase my accuracy atm.

It's horrible for fast streams and death-streams but I tend to use it for slower songs when I shoot for 100%, since I tend to tap too fast with Default or "High Keys". I tap downbeats and 8th notes with R with my middle finger and slip Space in between for 16th notes with my thumb. I basically developed that from a habit so I don't recommend using it, I won't stop you though.

If im not wrong, the best method to avoid that and play how normally should be its ... just to use the same damn keys like Q/W for you X/Z for me, not switching, really, what whould be the point of your request? I really dont see this, stop jokin and play seriously

I wouldn't have made the request if I wasn't serious. Maybe it's just me but there will be days when I'm comfy with one set of keys and other days when I'm comfy with another, and I have to find that out the hard way. I mentioned one set in my last reply for when I play slower songs.

you sayd already up there, but you know, there isn't such a long way from SOLO to OPTIONS to change keys... sorry but for me this request its just some lose of time

use macros. reassign x and x to your desired keys and you'll have 4. wash, rinse, and repeat for more keys. if you have a macro keyboard, program the macros and then switch profiles during game.
