Does anyone else get a tension pain in their trapezius muscle (at the neck/shoulder borderline) on the side of their body that they tap with?
I tap with my right hand and get pain in upper/superior right traps when tapping intensely, which fades in a matter of minutes. It is much like how it feels to squeeze those muscles (shrug) and hold for too long, so I assume it's a matter of relaxing somehow, but I haven't succeeded yet.
