OD suggestion

All notes or only several holds (Beatmania IIDX style): 9-10
A mix of notes and holds: 7-8
Mostly Holds (O2Mania Insane maps): 5-6
what does OD stand for? what do the numbers stand for?

Using SV changes are allowed only if there is a significant change in the music's mood/pace/theme. Magnitude of SV changes are up to mapper's discretion.
what does SV stand for?

OD = Overall Difficulty. You can find it in Song Setup -> Difficulty.
You can change the value of it by moving it to the right or to the left.

SV = Slider Velocity. If you click on the Timing Tab you will see it.

OD stand for Overall Difficulty, press [F4], go to Difficulty tab, there's Overall Difficulty down there

SV stand for Slider Velocity, press [F3], there's Slider Velocity there

but in osu mania the slider velocity didn't affect a single scroll = =

it's about green timing or inherited timing points which you can create by Ctrl Shift P, and check it's speed rate
